Urgent care, without the friction.
Most everyday conditions — a sinus infection, a UTI, pink eye — don't need an emergency room or a half-day off work. They need a licensed provider, a quick assessment, and a clear plan. Altru was built to be that: no portal to set up in advance, no insurance to verify, no waiting room.
Every visit is self-pay and priced upfront. If a provider determines we can't safely treat your condition by telehealth, you're refunded in full — no fine print. And for conditions that carry any stigma, from UTIs to sexual health concerns, we treat them with the same discretion and professionalism as anything else.
