What is
Prescription Refills
If you're already established on a medication for an ongoing condition and simply need a refill, a licensed medical provider can review your history and send a renewal to your pharmacy — no in-person visit required for eligible medications.
Common symptoms
Ongoing, previously diagnosed condition
Currently taking a stable, established medication
No new or worsening symptoms since your last fill
How your visit works
You'll complete a short online assessment describing your symptoms and health history. A licensed medical provider reviews it — usually within the hour — and determines the safest, most appropriate treatment. If a prescription is appropriate, it's sent directly to your pharmacy.
When to seek in-person or emergency care instead
Altru does not refill controlled medications, injectable medications, or psychiatric medications. If your prescription falls into one of these categories, please contact your prescribing provider directly.
